- Europe: 7-16 business days
- Other destinations: Up to 20 business days

2. Can I return or exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our made-to-order items. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team you may be eligible for store credit.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as our items are made-to-order. Unless the order is still being processed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, our items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
